Nikki Bale

1. BORN INVITED: Nikki believes everyone is born-invited to their own story, and invites individuals to play the part they were made to play. This includes taking the journey towards self-discovery through telling themselves the truth, coming into the light, and waking up. It also includes intentional right-action and accountability.

“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” – Mark Twain

2. GROWTH: Nikki is a life-long learner and brings a beginner's-mindset & genuine curiosity to every interaction. She will challenge even the most seasoned executive to look for the new perspective, opportunity or mindset that will produce their own new growth.

“The story you tell yourself is largely the story you are living.” - Terence McKenna

3. PEOPLE OVER PROCESSES: Nikki knows the power and importance of well designed processes and systems. They are invaluable business tools, for sure. But people come first. So, if you are a company looking for cogs or widget-makers, and don’t see the innate truth that people are the most valuable ingredient in any system - we won’t be a fit. If you know the importance of creating a human-centric culture, where people thrive, we will work well together.

“Corporate culture matters. How management chooses to treat it’s people impacts everything for better or worse”

- Simon Sinek
